The terms and conditions below govern "Quizo" that will be operated by Full House Group Pty Ltd (FHGA). "Quizo" is operated through a website address accessed via a smart-phone by entrants. The website is operated by FHGA. Entrants will need to access the website to participate in the quiz.

1. The quiz is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of FHGA, their immediate families and anyone connected with the organization or judging of the quiz.
2. The promoter is Full House Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 44164323853).
3. Quizo is free to play unless advised by FHGA.
4. Entrants are asked to answer trivia questions and will be awarded points for each question answered correctly and for the speed with which they answer.
5. The entrant/s with the highest score at the end of the quiz will be deemed the winner/s at the venue.
6. By entering the quiz, each entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. Each entrant in the quiz must enter and play individually.
8. Each entrant enters the competition at the venue where they have accessed the quiz using the unique game code and will be eligible for any prizes offered by that venue for the entrant/s with the highest score at the end of the quiz. This is called the VENUE PRIZE.
9. Each entrant is only eligible to win one VENUE PRIZE per day.
10. FHGA may also, at its sole discretion, may offer a prize/s to the entrant/s that have the highest score/s throughout all the venues participating in the quiz. This is called the NATIONAL PRIZE.
11. FHGA may, at its sole discretion, handicap any player that has individually won 5 venue events or more in any given 4 week period.
12. This is a smart-phone based quiz with a "fastest finger first" scoring mechanic for points.
13. Any person caught cheating in the quiz (at the sole discretion of FHGA) will be disqualified immediately. The following activities are examples of cheating: Internet searching, phoning a friend, looking at another team's answers.
14. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are connected before the advertised start time.
15. In the event of a draw fastest finger times will be used to decide the winning team.
16. The decision of FHGA in relation to the administration and any other aspect of the quiz will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. FHGA reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the quiz, these terms and conditions and the rules of the quiz by posting a notice to its website where it becomes necessary to do so, or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its control. Such notice shall be effective immediately when posted.
18. FHGA accepts no responsibility for entries or inability of any entrant to be able to participate, or continue to participate, in the quiz for any reason, including due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
19. FHGA reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to an entrant (and any entrant 's team) in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. FHGA will use reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all questions and answers but accepts no liability for any inaccurate or incorrect questions or answers and no correspondence will be entered into should any question or answer be challenged or be found to be inaccurate or incorrect.
21. FHGA are not liable for any failure by the venue to provide a prize.
22. FHGA are not liable for any failure by the player to redeem any prizes correctly and in the time set out in these, or the venues, terms and conditions.
23. Prizes are not transferable. The national prize is provided by FHGA.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by Australian law.
25. Members of the winning team may be requested to take part in publicity.
26. FHGA will only process such personal details as submitted as part of your application as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also the above with regard to the announcement of winners.
